Talking therapy: in-person and online private counselling in Somerset

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. You might be navigating big changes in your life or experiencing a more general feeling that things aren’t quite right. Counselling offers the space and support to untangle your thoughts and find some clarity.

How does counselling help?

Confidential and non-judgemental

Counselling is a safe space to share the thoughts you can’t always voice with friends or family.

Supportive and empowering

I’m here to help you identify what you might want to change, and how you can achieve that change.

Strengthens self-confidence

Recognising what is important to you and understanding who you are helps you to find your voice.

How counselling works

  • Connect: book an introductory session to explore your goals and find out if talking with me feels right for you.
  • Talk: weekly sessions encourage you to examine your thoughts, feelings and challenges in a calm space.
  • Absorb: between sessions, notice how you’re incorporating new ideas and ways of seeing the world.
  • Move: gain insights, tools and confidence to handle life’s challenges and create positive change.
